Larry J. Williams, III
Owner/Principal
is a passionate and experienced professional in the field of Public Safety. He started his career as a participant in the NYPD Explorer Program (MTA Division) during his High School years, and continued as a volunteer in the NYPD Auxiliary Police Program after graduation. He then joined a private security company and advanced from Security Guard to Security Corporal and finally to Peace Officer/Special Patrolman. Larry has acquired a wide range of skills and expertise in the security industry, such as radio communication, incident reporting, rollcall management, tour and Tracktik reporting, CCTV surveillance, Microsoft 365 Office proficiency, internet navigation, and DCJS Basic Course for Peace Officer certification (tactical and emergency management solutions). Larry has also gained a wealth of knowledge, networked with various staff members, and enhanced his professional and personal development through his security career.
Joyce Joyner
Chief of Staff
had a remarkable career of over 35 years in the corporate field, where she rose from Assistant to Office Business Manager. She demonstrated her wide range of skills and ability in working with staff of all levels in the Human Resources, Operations, Law, IT and Comptroller Departments across the agency, both internal and external, as well as adapting to change and implementing innovative processes. She was recognized for her leadership and skills until her retirement. She has joined Evolutionary Protective Services, where she will bring her outstanding performance and skills to its success.
